Until a year ago, this neighborhood was <br /> single-family. Now we are seeing multi-family development being <br /> approved. We don't need such development out here. We don't want this <br /> kind of development out here. <br /> Traffic on Kinoole Street has increased dramatically over the past few years. <br /> Adding 14 apartments along this street can only make matters worse. Also <br /> the ingress and egress to the property would or could be hazardous. <br /> I would not be opposed to construction of two, three, even four single family <br /> homes, but mot 14 apartments. <br /> The Planning Commission has erred in recommending approval of the <br /> proposed development. Now it is up to the County Council to do the right <br /> thing and deny this project as currently structured. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Edward E.
