Draft 2. <br /> This amendment will be numbered: Bi11 358. Draft 3. <br /> Description of and reasons for changes: <br /> This bill contains three changes. <br /> 1. In sections 1 and 2, "South" is added before Hilo. Reason: to be consistent with <br /> language in existing code. Source: Ordinance no. 96-163, effective 12/24/96. <br /> 2. In section 2, references to "item (8)" and "(8)" were changed to "item (10)" and <br /> "(10)" respectively. Reason: to be consistent with language in existing code. <br /> Source: Ordinance no. 96-163, effective 12/24/96. <br /> 3. In section 5, bill was amended to clarify that ordinance will take effect on <br /> "approval."
