The Governor set aside the parcel to the State Department of Accounting and General <br /> Services through Executive Order No. 2371. The Department of Public Works wishes to use and <br /> occupy this facility by their General Services Section as a satellite office and base yard to service the <br /> area from Laupahoehoe to Kohala. The State Department of Accounting and General Services no <br /> longer uses this building and is willing to grant the County its use through a Revocable Right-of- <br /> Entry. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of Hawai`i <br /> in order to allow the Department of Public Works to occupy and use the Honoka`a Vector Control <br /> Building by way of a Revocable Right of Entry agreement. <br /> The Department of Public Works requests that this resolution be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the March 13, 2012 Council agenda. <br /> 1414 ( <br /> Nancy Crawford <br /> Director of Finance <br /> Enc. <br /> cc: Public Works <br /> Property Management O <br /> <Res.11 - I3, Comm.
