: / ,$ <br /> •COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 48 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 2, SECTION 24-264 <br /> OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br /> MOVING VEHICLES. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to amend the Hawaii County Code in accordance <br /> with the Mamalahoa Highway Bypass Road project. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2, Section 24-264, Schedule 12. Stop <br /> intersections, subsection (f) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended <br /> by deleting existing items and renumber as appropriate: <br /> [(9) Ali`i Drive, Kaleiopapa Street intersection, all approaches.] <br /> [(15) Mamalahoa Bypass Highway, northbound approach to Ali`i Drive.] <br /> SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2, Section 24-264, Schedule 12. Stop <br /> intersections, subsection (f) of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended <br /> by revising existing items: <br /> (14) Alii Drive, northbound eastbound approach to the Mamalahoa Bypass Highway. <br /> (16) Mamalahoa Bypass Highway/Haleki`i Street intersection, all approaches westbound <br /> approach to Mamalahoa Bypass Highway. <br /> SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. <br /> In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be <br /> included. <br />
