The amendment of this Section addresses fare increases and changes to the fare <br /> structure of Hawai`i County's public transit system. This amendment takes effect on July 1, 2013. <br /> Mass Transit requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee in order for the changes <br /> to take effect on July 1, 2013.
