Resolution <br /> 38-11 authorized the lease of certain County of Hawai`i owned lands, of which this parcel is <br /> included, and required that the negotiated lease agreement for those lands be accepted by the County <br /> Council pursuant to Section 2-114(d) of the Hawai`i County Code. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution presenting the negotiated agreement between the Hakalau Cacao Company, <br /> LLC and the County of Hawai`i, pursuant to Resolution 38-11, so that it may be accepted in <br /> accordance with Section 2-114(d) of the Hawai`i County Code. <br /> The Finance Department's Property Management Division requests that this resolution be waived <br /> from the Finance Committee, and be placed on the September 5, 2013 Council Agenda in order to <br /> expedite this transaction.
