They anticipate that this training will increase the prosecution success rate <br /> for murder and other serious violent crimes in Hawai`i County. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of Hawai`i <br /> Department of the Attorney General for this grant.
