COUNTY OF HAWAII ` STATE OF HAWAII <br /> .. .;.;;fie:.,., <br /> �4F 6;•NPµ <br /> BILL NO. 205 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, SECTION 24-280 <br /> OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br /> PARKING. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of deleting item 12 is to increase parking in this heavily used <br /> recreational area of Hilo. The revision of item 14 and the addition of the new items is to update the <br /> Hawai`i County Code to match what exists in the field. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28. No <br /> parking anytime, subsection(c), South Hilo, of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, <br /> as amended), be amended by deleting existing item and renumbering as required: <br /> [(12) Banyan Drive, south (golf course) side, from a point five hundred forty feet <br /> cast of Lihiwai Street and extending four hundred two feet in the northeasterly <br /> direction.] <br /> SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28. No <br /> parking anytime, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, <br /> as amended), be amended by revising existing item: <br /> (14) Banyan Drive, northwest (makai) side, from a point [five hundred eight] seven <br /> hundred twenty-three feet [nom] southwest of the northern intersection of <br /> Lihiwai Street and extending [ -. -- - . -: -: -- :] six hundred forty-nine <br /> feet in the southwesterly direction. <br /> SECTION 4.
