COUNTY OF HAWAII * . STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 281 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 98 101 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-257, schedule 5 (35 mile per <br /> hour limit), subsection(0 Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by <br /> adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ( ) Kaloko Drive, from the Hawaii Belt Road (Route 190)to a point .5 mile in <br /> the easterly direction. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-259, schedule 7 (40 mile per <br /> hour limit), subsection (f)Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by <br /> adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ( ) Kaloko Drive, from a point .5 mile east of Hawaii Belt Road (Route 190) <br /> to its eastern terminus. <br /> SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br /> need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 5.
