No. 708/Res.No. 318-14 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 3:50 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 318-14, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 318-14, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Joseph Kamelamela via <br /> Communication No. 708, dated February 18, 2014, accepts the donation of a right-of-way parcel <br /> needed for the Manono Street Improvements, Job No. P-3828 situated at Waiakea, District of <br /> South Hilo, County and State of Hawaii, being Tax Map Key: 2-2-036:132 (POR.), from <br /> Ms. Violet K.
