This equipment is to replace obsolete backhoes currently in use in <br /> Hilo and Kona operations. <br /> The Department of Environmental Management is requesting that this resolution be waived from <br /> the Finance Committee, and be placed on the June 18, 2014 Council agenda in order to expedite <br /> the award of a bid.
