She is a self-employed property manager. <br /> From 2002 — 2007, Ms. Bell served as the Director of the County of Hawaii Department <br /> of Environmental Management. <br /> Ms. Bell is the Vice President of the Kapoho Beach Community Association, and a <br /> member and past secretary of the Kapoho Water Company. Ms. Bell served as a <br /> member of the Puna Community Development Plan Action Committee from 2008-2012, <br /> and the Solid Waste Advisory Commission from 2007-2010.
