Hilton, of Council District 2 to the County of Hawaii <br />Police Commission. Ms. Hilton is a lifelong resident of Hawaii. She was employed by the State <br />of Hawaii Department of Human Services for over 30 years. Upon her retirement in 2013, <br />Ms. Hilton was the Section Administrator of the East Hawaii Child Welfare Services. <br />Ms. Hilton is a former member of the Zonta Club of Hilo. She was also a member of many <br />organizations related to the welfare of children and youth, such as the East Hawaii Children's <br />Justice Center and HI Hopes to name a few. Ms. Hilton states that she is not affiliated with any <br />political party. If confirmed, she will serve a term to end on December 31, 2019, replacing <br />Mr. Leroy Victorine whose term ended on December 31, 2014. <br />Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
