No. 154, reports <br /> follows: <br /> Communication 154, transmitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated February 18, 2015, requests <br /> review and favorable recommendation of the nomination of Ms. Luana A. Neff of Council <br /> District 1 to the Environmental Management Commission. <br /> Ms. Charmaine Shigemura, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kenoi, came forward with Nominee <br /> Neff She provided background information, expressed the Mayors support, and requested <br /> Council's favorable action of this appointment. <br /> Ms. Neff is a life-long resident of Hawai`i and is the co-owner of The Hawaiian Force, and she is <br /> also the Big Island Coordinator for RCUH-University of Hawai`i at Manoa's Children's Healthy <br /> Living Program. Ms. Neff is a board member of Kua 0 Ka La Public Charter School, and a <br /> board member of Ala Kukui Hana Retreat.
