No. 237/Res.No. 145-15 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 1:35 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 145-15, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 145-15, transmitted jointly with Bill 41, by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via <br /> Communication No. 237 dated March 25, 2015, approves and adopts the 2015-2019 County of Hawai`i <br /> Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership Programs and <br /> authorizing the Mayor of the County of Hawai`i to execute and submit the consolidated/action plan and <br /> all other related documents to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development <br /> (HUD). <br /> The County's Office of Housing and Community Development(OHCD) anticipates a CDBG <br /> allocation of$2,465,271 from HUD and program income of$215,925.52, for a total of <br /> $2,681,196.52 of CDBG funds for Program Year 2015.
