STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 47 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 11, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH SIGNS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 14, article 11, section 14-66 of the Hawai1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: "Section 14-66. Purpose. SECTION 2. Chapter 14, article 11, section 14-67 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: "Section 14-67. Definitions. [(.a)] As used in this article: "Area coordinator" means a neighborhood watch member desianated as the communitv's liaison with the police department. "County highway" means every highway, street, or roadway under the jurisdiction and control of the County of Hawaii.
