This equipment will reduce the time it takes to reopen a <br /> roadway after a fatality investigation and improve the completeness, consistency and <br /> accuracy of the Motor Vehicle Accident Report diagram in fatal Motor Vehicle Collision <br /> (MVC) reports. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State <br /> of Hawai`i Department of Transportation for this grant.
