Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Pana`ewa House Lots, <br /> Waiakea. South Hilo, Hawai`i, shall be Residential and Agricultural—One Acre(RA-la): <br /> Beginning at a 1-inch pipe at the northeast corner of this lot, the northwest corner <br /> of Lot 24 of Pana`ewa House Lots and on the south side of Government Road (50.00 feet <br /> wide), the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey <br /> Triangulation Station "HALA`I" being 16,948.23 feet South and 16,341.08 feet East, as <br /> shown on Government Survey Registered Map H.T.S.
