Bartsch of Council District 9, to the County of <br /> Hawaii Game Management Advisory Commission. Mr. Bartsch is a 36-year resident of <br /> Hawai'i. He is a Police Officer with the Hawaii County Police Department. <br /> Mr. Bartsch states he is not affiliated with any political party. He was confirmed to this <br /> commission in May, 2015, to serve the remainder of a term that ended on December <br /> 31, 2015. Hawaii County Charter Section 13-4(c), states that "members of any board or <br /> commission appointed for a term of two years or less shall be eligible to succeed <br /> themselves for an additional full term.
