Enclosed is a <br /> bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $5,000 to the <br /> OHCD's Emergency Gap Assistance Program account within the Housing Fund. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development is requesting that this bill be <br /> waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the April 20, 2016 Council <br /> Agenda in order to expedite the processing of these funds.
