Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by <br /> appropriating this $150,000 to the Coordinated Statewide Homeless Initiatives (CSHI) account in <br /> the General Fund. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) requests that a breach to transmit <br /> this bill after Council's indicated deadline is authorized and that this bill be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee to be placed on the May 4, 2016 Council agenda. Additionally, the OHCD <br /> requests to waive Council's five-day reconsideration period to ensure that the funds are received <br /> during the current fiscal year.
