Kenoi via Communication No. 906 dated May 26, 2016, <br /> amends section 25-8-33 (City of Hilo Zone Map), article 8, chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended) by changing the district classification from Agricultural- <br /> Three Acres (A-3a) to Family Agricultural-One Acre (FA-la) at Waiakea Homesteads 2nd, Waiakea, <br /> South Hilo, Hawaii, covered by Tax Map Key: 2-4-034:044. The applicant is Chris Brilhante, and the <br /> subject parcel covers 3.5876 acres. <br /> The applicant is requesting the change of zone to subdivide the property into three lots. The applicant <br /> has stated that the lots are intended to be conveyed to members of his family. <br /> The Windward Planning Commission, at its duly held public hearing on May 5, 2016, provided a <br /> favorable recommendation of this item. <br /> Mr. Onishi stated that this parcel is located in his district,that he received no negative comments on it <br /> from the public, and that he asks for support.
