These funds are to be used for community organization and the evaluation and <br /> planning of a substance abuse prevention system within the County of Hawai`i. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the <br /> Hawai`i Department of Health, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division for this grant.
