COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 259 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL — 10,000 SQUARE FEET (RS -10) TO NEIGHBORHOOD <br />COMMERCIAL — 10,000 SQUARE FEET (CN -10) AT WAIAKEA HOMESTEADS HOUSE <br />LOTS, WAIAKEA , HAWAI`I, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 2-2-040:108. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br />described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea Homesteads <br />House Lots, Waiakea, Hawaii, shall be Neighborhood Commercial — 10,000 square feet <br />(CN -10). <br />Beginning at a point at the southwest corner of this parcel of land, being also the <br />northwest corner of a Lot 9-13, being a Partition of a portion of Lot 9, Block 501, Grant <br />11,121 to Solomon K. Lalakea, Waiakea Homesteads House Lots, and on the easterly <br />side of Kilauea Avenue, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br />Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALA`I" being 8,178.18 feet south and <br />9,565.75 feet east and thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true south: <br />1. 175° 40' 68.38 feet along the easterly side of <br />Kilauea Avenue; <br />2. 265° 40' 242.00 feet along the southerly side of <br />Kilauea Avenue and a portion of Lot <br />10, Block 501, portion of Grant <br />9,102 to Mary K. Silva, Waiakea <br />Homesteads House Lots; <br />-1- <br />
