Section 25-8-15,Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended to change the district classification <br /> of property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Kukuihaele, <br /> Waikoekoe, Hamakua, Hawai`i, shall be Single Family Residential— 10 acres (RS-10a) <br /> and Single Family Residential—5 acres (RS-5a): <br /> LOT A <br /> Beginning at the northeast corner of this parcel of land, and on the south side of <br /> Government Main Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br /> Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU MAUU NORTH" being 7,272.23 feet <br /> North and 2,323.29 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True <br /> South: <br /> 1. 0° 30' 131.70 feet along Lot 1; <br /> 2. 13° 00' 530.00 feet along Lot 1; <br /> 3. 17° 30' 101.27 feet along Lot 1; <br /> -1- <br />
