Mr. Domingo has been a resident of Hawai'i for nearly <br /> 3 years. He retired from the US Air Force as a Civilian Flight Test Engineer after 21 <br /> years of civil service. Mr. Domingo also served 29 years of active and reserve military <br /> service where he retired as a Chief Warrant Officer—4, Civil Engineer Corps of the US <br /> Navy. He holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science Degrees in Mechanical <br /> Engineering wherein his studies included the study of water dynamics and hydraulic <br /> systems. <br /> Mr. Domingo is an active member of the Rotary Club, Big Island Retired Military <br /> Association, American Legion, and Pualani Estates Homeowner's Association. <br /> Mr. Domingo states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
