Mr. Rabin is a real estate <br /> Broker and has been a resident to Hawai'i for approximately 47 years. He attended the <br /> University of Chicago for 3 years as well as the Chicago Academy of Fine Arts. <br /> Mr. Rabin states that he has been interested in community based management for over <br /> 15 years and organized the first South Kona Regional Planning Team which was an <br /> effort to create organized and well-planned communities. <br /> Mr. Rabin is an active member of our island community especially with the Association <br /> of Realtors and has served as a past president of the Hononaunau PTSA. He is also <br /> the founder of the Society for Kona's Education and Arts (SKEA), a non-profit agency <br /> that was established in 1981, dedicated to enhancing the lives of its community <br /> members through art, culture, and educational opportunities for people of all ages. <br /> Mr. Rabin states she is not affiliated with any political party.
