Fair Share funds will be used <br /> for this project. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating <br /> $400,000 to the Department of Parks and Recreation's Kuawa Street New Sports Fields <br /> Development account. The Department is requesting that this bill be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the May 17, 2017 Council agenda.
