Mr. Pavao is a former Director of the County of Hawai'i Department of <br /> Water Supply where he retired after 39 years of service. <br /> Mr. Pavao obtained a BS degree in Civil Engineer from the University of Hawai'i at <br /> Manoa. Since his retirement, Mr. Pavao has used his time volunteering in several <br /> community organizations including assisting with the Hawaiian Paradise Park <br /> Community Association and serving as a commissioner on the State Commission on <br /> Water Resource Management. <br /> Mr. Pavao states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
