The funds will be used to do the <br /> following: <br /> 1. IdentifY high-yielding hi h- ielding cacao trees in varying production regions of Hawai`i <br /> County; <br /> 2. Evaluate how the timing of turning during fermentation affects chocolate quality; <br /> and <br /> 3.
