This project is to <br /> continue to control and eradicate isolated coqui frog infestations in the North Kohala District. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the HDOA for <br /> these funds. Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by <br /> appropriating this $49,913 to the Department of Research and Development's North Kohala Coqui <br /> Frog Control project account. <br /> The Department of Research and Development is requesting that this bill be waived from Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the December 20, 2017 Council agenda, and to waive the Council's <br /> five-day hold for reconsideration in order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
