Also <br /> enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating $3,000 to the <br /> Office of the Prosecution Attorney's Hawaii Criminal Justice Center—Overdue Dispositions <br /> account. <br /> The Office of the Prosecution Attorney is requesting that this bill be waived from Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the February 7, 2018 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt <br /> of these funds.
