THE MAYOR OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII TO EXECUTE AND SUBMIT THE AMENDED <br /> CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AND ALL <br /> OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS TO THE UNITED STATES <br /> DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT. <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii is.a direct recipient of federal Community <br /> Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funds from the.United States Department <br /> of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and <br /> WHEREAS, the County is a State recipient of HOME Investment Partnerships <br /> (HOME) Program funds and has included its proposed goals and priorities for the <br /> HOME funds for informational purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County is a State recipient of Housing Trust Fund (HTF) <br /> Program funds and has included its proposed goals and priorities for the HTF funds <br /> for informational purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, it required by HUD that the County submit a <br /> Consolidated/Action Plan, in accordance with Subpart C of 24 CFR Part 91, which <br /> include housing and homeless needs assessments, housing market analysis, five- <br /> year goals and priorities, project monitoring procedures; and <br />
