No. 853/Bill No. 134 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:49 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 134, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 134, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication No. 853 dated March <br /> 21, 2018, amends Ordinance No. 17-39, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai`i <br /> for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2018. <br /> This bill increases revenues in the Federal—2018 HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) <br /> ($2,375,000) and HOME Grant—Program Income ($50,000) accounts, for a total of$2,425,000; and <br /> appropriates the same to the Kaloko Heights Affordable Housing($1.4 million); Tenant Base Rental <br /> Assistance Program ($900,000); and Office of Housing and Community Development Administration <br /> ($125,000) accounts.
