Judge Wiseman recently retired as Associate Judge of the U.S. <br /> Commonwealth Superior Court in Saipan, U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern <br /> Mariana Islands (CNMI) after 15 years on the bench, 14 years of which as Designated <br /> Judge for the United States District Court of the Northern Mariana Islands. Judge <br /> Wiseman spent a total of 39 years working in the CNMI in various capacities as an <br /> attorney. <br /> Judge Wiseman obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from <br /> Suffolk University and Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. <br /> Judge Wiseman has a long list of notable accomplishments and accolades. Since his <br /> retirement to the Big Island in 2016, he has been active with the Little Fire Ant Hui and <br /> the West Hawai'i Mediation Center. <br /> He is not a member of any political party.
