The Department seeks to enter into a five year <br /> lease with an option for an additional five years to justify networking improvements <br /> currently being considered. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a five-year, multi-year lease <br /> agreement with an option for an additional five-years'with Oceanview Partners LLC, for <br /> space in 92-1329 Prince Kuhio Blvd in Ocean View.
