These funds will be used to support the Office of <br /> the Prosecuting Attorney's Sex Assault Kit Initiative Reviews of Cold Case and Domestic <br /> Violence Incidence project. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement to accept these funds. Also enclosed is a bill <br /> ', for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $280,498 grant. The Office <br /> of the Prosecuting Attorney is requesting that this resolution and bill be waived from Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the November 2, 2018 Council agenda to expedite the receipt of these <br /> funds.
