No. 58-19 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:06 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 58-19, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 58-19, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 111 dated <br /> January 31, 2019, authorizes the Mayor to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of <br /> Hawai`i,Hawai`i Public Housing Authority, and authorizes a multi-year contract for the use of the <br /> Kea'au Nutrition Center—Hale Aloha 0 Puna located at 16-189 Pili Mua Street, Kea`au, Hawai`i <br /> 96749, Tax Map Key: 1-6-143:35. <br /> This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year facility lease agreement at an estimated <br /> monthly cost of$125, with the option of two one-year extensions.
