The Department of Information Technology indicates that this agreement will <br /> better support the County GIS deployment requirements for initiatives such as disaster <br /> relief recovery and the new online building permit system. <br /> The Department of Information Technology requests that this resolution be waived from <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the April 24, 2019 Council agenda in order to <br /> expedite this process.
