This <br /> project is to develop, operate and administer an assessment center for families that are <br /> transitioning to permanent housing. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of <br /> Hawai`i, Department of Human Services for these funds. Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance <br /> amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $1,500,000 to the Office of Management's <br /> Na Kahua Hale 0 Ulu Wini Assessment Center Program account. <br /> The Office of Management is requesting that this bill be waived from Finance Committee and be <br /> placed on the April 24, 2019 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
