Federally derived funds will be used to <br /> expand the bike-share program in Kona from three stations to six stations. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Department of Public Works to provide $120,000 to <br /> Peoples Advocacy for Trails Hawai`i,pursuant to Hawai`i County Code (2016 Edition as <br /> amended) Chapter 2, Article 25, Section 2-139(a)(3)(A). <br /> The Department of Public Works requests that this resolution be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the June 19, 2019 Council agenda.
