JNSvoFp�,� <br /> 7 <br /> �• 1,2— <br /> COUNTY <br /> ,2 ice <br /> •I <br /> ��� �''�=���_# STATE OF HAWAII <br /> %COUNTY OF HAWAII ; ._ , <br /> �T!OF'% <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 563 26 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2020-2024 COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND 2020 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR THE <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND <br /> HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS AND NATIONAL HOUSING TRUST <br /> FUND PROGRAMS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII TO EXECUTE AND SUBMIT THE CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND <br /> ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AND ALL OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS TO THE <br /> UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN <br /> DEVELOPMENT. <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii is a direct recipient of federal Community Development <br /> Block Grant (CDBG) Program funds from the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development(HUD); and <br /> WHEREAS, the County is a State recipient of HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) <br /> Program funds and has included its proposed goals and priorities for the HOME funds for <br /> informational purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County is a State recipient of National Housing Trust Fund (HTF) funds and <br /> has included its proposed goal and priorities for the HTF funds for informational purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is required by HUD that the County submit a Consolidated/Action Plan, in <br /> accordance with Subpart C of 24 CF,R Part 91, which include housing and homeless needs <br /> ssessments, housing market analysis, five-year goals and priorities, project monitoring procedures; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Consolidated Plan is a five (5) year (2020-2024) plan that indicates the <br /> County's goals and priorities for the use of CDBG and HOME and HTF funds for housing, homeless, <br /> special needs and community development; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is required by HUD that before the County of Hawaii receives its annual CDBG <br /> allocation, the County shall submit its yearly Annual Action Plan as required by the Consolidated Plan; <br /> and <br />
