This assistance is for <br /> the development of an asset management program for-the Department of Environmental <br /> Management's Wastewater division. The EPA CWSRF will also pay $137,000 towards <br /> the implementation and first-year licensing costs for CMMS (computerized maintenance <br /> management system) software. The County will pay the $17,144 balance of the first-year <br /> software licensing cost and will assume ownership of the software licenses at the end of <br /> the implementation period. The annual cost of the software licensing is expected to be <br /> approximately$25,000, renewable on a year to year basis. <br /> Enclosed if a resolution authorizing the County to accept the donation of technical <br /> assistance and software implementation and licensing costs from the EPA.
