Socap Walk, Sacramento, CA 95811. This money will be used to purchase <br /> tourniquets for the Hawai`i County Police Department. The tourniquets will be assigned <br /> to Police Officers for use in the field to save lives. <br /> The Police Department is requesting that this resolution be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the April 8, 2020 Council agenda in order to expedite the <br /> receipt of these funds.
