Hunt <br />Deputy Director <br />The Department of Finance wishes to lease approximately 22,517 square feet of real <br />property located at 34 Rainbow Drive, Hilo, County and State of Hawaii, known as the <br />Old Hilo Hospital Complex, identified as Tax Map Key (3)2-3-026:0.08 to the Big Island <br />Substance Abuse Council. This location will be used as a residential and outpatient <br />medical care services and treatment facility. <br />Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a fifteen (15) year lease with <br />an option for three (3) additional five (5) year terms, with the Big Island Substance Abuse <br />Council for the location described above.
