Counsel <br />EXCUSED <br />Brooke Derby, Chair <br />Lee -Ann Heely, Vice -Chair <br />Jewel Castro, Treasurer <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Kami motioned to approve agenda, Mihaela seconded. Motion passed. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (May 15, 2019) <br />Mele motioned to approve the meeting minutes of May 15, 2019. Kami seconded. <br />Motion passed. <br />ACTION ITEM: CSW requests the minutes be electronically distributed along with new <br />agenda prior to each meeting. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />No Report <br />ACTION ITEM: Add 2019-2020 budget approval to next month's agenda. <br />VI. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Amalia Sumi works for Netcom and heard about the CSW from Cyd. She joined the <br />meeting to find out more about what the CSW does because she is interested in the <br />work the committee does for women in the community. <br />Hawai'i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
