APPROVAL OF MINUTES (January 30, 2019) <br />• Kami asked for clarification on page 3 — "Notify winners by May 22nd <br />and ask for RSVP by first week of April..." Change May 22nd to March <br />22nd <br />• Jewel motioned to approve meeting minutes of January 30 with above <br />amendment. Lee -Ann seconded. Motion passed. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />A. January financials <br />Jewel shared January expenditure report. <br />B. Update on Budget submitted to Grant + follow up from Treasurer <br />Jewel continues to work with Grant on clarifying the budget process. <br />VI. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC — None <br />VII.
