In order to facilitate this <br /> proposed development, they are requesting the following amendments to Change of Zone <br /> Ordinance No. 09 8, which rezoned the 11.05-acre subject property from an Agricultural 5-acres <br /> (A-5a) to a Single-Family Residential-7,500 square feet (RS-7.5) zoned district: <br /> ■ A five (5)-year time extension to Condition E (Time to Secure Final Subdivision <br /> Approval); and <br /> www.planning.hawaiicounty.gov Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer planning(d),hawaiicounty.aov <br />
