Building G <br />Kailua-Kona, HI. 96740 <br />I. CALL TO ORDER: <br />Chair Chang to open meeting, review meeting procedures, and take Commission roll <br />call. (Please turn off your cell phones or set them to silent mode.) <br />11. PUBLIC TESTIMONY: <br />Public testimony regarding agenda items may be submitted to the Commission orally or in <br />writing. Oral testimony may be presented either at the outset of this meeting or immediately <br />prior to the applicable agenda item. Chair Chang may limit public testimony to 3 minutes per <br />testifier for each agenda item. <br />Ill.
