The property is located along the north side of <br />the Hawaii Belt Highway (Highway 19) at the 47.5-mile marker, Kapoaula, Hamakua, Hawaii, <br />TMK: 4-7-7: portion of 55. <br />APPLICANT: MELVIN W.
